DJ Nerd42 - Superman in the Ambulance (Thrice vs I Fight Dragons)

“Superman in the Ambulance” by DJ Nerd42 is a mashup featuring vocals from “Artist in the Ambulance” by Thrice (2003) with the instrumental from “No One Likes Superman Anymore” by I Fight Dragons from their EP “Cool is Just a Number”. (2009) It comes from DJ Nerd42’s upcoming FREE Thrice mashup album, “Sound of the Inaudible” coming July 12, 2016!

This is the last big mashup track to be released for this album. The album will contain two more unreleased tracks: a Thrice vs. Thrice mashup intro track and a radio jingle interlude, so make sure to check those out, but they aren't going to get posted separately from the album.

I'm done with Thrice after this. I have plans to do more stuff with I Fight Dragons though, so consider this a preview of possible future projects.

“Image of the Sail” by DJ Nerd42 is a mashup featuring vocals from “Image of the Invisible” by Thrice from Vheissu (2005) and the instrumental from “Sail” (2010) by AWOLNATION. This track comes from DJ Nerd42’s upcoming FREE Thrice mashup album, “Sound of the Inaudible” coming July 11, 2016! One track will be released each week between now and then to fill your whole summer with Thrice mashups! (including several featuring KJ-52!)

The music video for “Image of the Sail” features footage not only from “Image of the Invisible” by Thrice but also from the EYE OF THE STORM featuring Lovett video by OddBall Animation. http://www.oddballanimation.com/archives/1141 The juxtaposition was suggested by several YouTubers combining Eye of the Storm with Sail.
